this summer,
we host guests who would be interested to spend a day in an organic farm;
trekking in the pine forest and the ancient city of pinara, having a village meal prepared with organically grown produce, doing yoga and relaxing in the swimming pool. for guests who prefer a more chill out day, we have the Ion FootSpa detox option. either option is designed to help your body eliminate toxins and speed up your metabolism.
trekking option:
10:00 – 10:15 transfer to pinara
10:15 – 13:15 trekking
pinara is a lycian city. after walking the ruins, guests trek a comfortable one hour in the pine forest to reach yakabagh village for lunch. complimentary welcome drink will be served.
detox option:
10:00 – 10:15 orientation
general information about the mediterranean lifestyle in turkish villages, the days activities, yoga, detox through seasonal diet and ion foot spa along with a welcome drink.
10:15 – 13:30 relaxing in the garden, and ion foot spa
each guest will be able to receive one session of ‘ion foot spa’. one session takes 30 minutes. this is a very fast way of extracting large quantities of toxins out of the body. complimentary ‘kombucha tea’ will be served during the session and herbal tea later.
for everyone:
13:30 – 14:30 lunch
village lunch is served along with homemade red wine. all produce is either grown in the farm ecologically or purchased from local farmers. the days menu will be selected in respect to ‘seasonal detox diet’ principals for releasing toxins in the body.
14:30 – 16:00 relaxing in the garden
guest can swim in the pool, play badmington or table tennis, watch a newly released movie, surf on internet and sleep in hammocks in the orange grove.
16:00 – 17:15 yoga
hatha yoga will be practiced. there will also be a short lecture on charkas and flow of energies in our bodies.
17:15 – 18:00 relaxing in the garden
complimentary drink (choice of herbal tea or wine cooler)
